Ariba THE magazine for business-to-business
eCommerce was successfully launched in March, 2000, before thousands of industry professionals
at the Ariba User Group and Advisory Council Meeting in San Diego. With an initial press run of
50,000, Ariba magazine was mailed to senior corporate, finance, technology and purchasing executives
in America's largest corporations.
Since then, more than 10,000 top-level managers and executives from around
the globe who are charged with crafting eCommerce strategies for their
corporations have requested the magazine either through the mail or at
aribamag.com. In addition, the magazine has been distributed at over 20
industry events at which Ariba participated.

Ariba
subscribers represent all major industries. As might be expected,
there is a heavy concentration of technology companies (39.8%), consulting
firms (19.3%) and financial services companies (6.7%) who have subscribed
to date. No other industry represents more than 5% of the subscriber base.
Ariba
is currently mailed to over 30,000 recipients, 90% of whom are in North
America. The remaining 24,000 copies of the magazine are distributed at
industry events around the globe and through Ariba Inc.'s field sales
team.
