Senior Writer
A former contributing editor to DuPont magazine, Amy is an extremely
competent writer and editor of magazines, feature articles, newsletters,
press materials, web text, and much more. Her work for many public
corporations and private sector companies, as well as state and federal
governments, is outstanding. Currently specializing in marketing
and science writing, she previously spent almost 10 years with the
U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency honing her environmental communications
skills and, on special assignment, imparting them to the Bulgarian
government. She is a graduate of Swarthmore College.

An award-winning writer specializing in healthcare, pharmaceutical,
academic and corporate communications, Christine served as the director
of marketing and public relations for an acute-care community hospital
prior to joining the Lipton custom publishing team. She now
serves as writer and editor for several consumer and professional
healthcare publications. She earned a B.A. in mass communication
(magna cum laude) from Trenton State College, where she minored in
professional writing and psychology. She is a member of the Public
Relations Society of America and the American Medical Writers Association.

Senior Vice President, Sales and Strategic
Development
During Steve’s extensive publishing career he has held senior
management positions for publications in diverse areas of healthcare,
science, business-to-business, and consumer products. Currently managing
KI Lipton’s Advertising Sales division, he directs national
and international advertising and project sales for a number of associations,
as well as corporate and independent publishers. Steve combines outstanding
planning and leadership skills with high-energy and dedicated initiative
that consistently delivers exceptional results for our client-publishers.
Little known fact: Steve’s background (BP- before publishing)
was in nuclear physics, nuclear chemistry and environmental protection.

Science and Technology Writer / Editor
Randy is a member of the National Association of Science Writers
and the D.C. Writers' Association. He is a prolific writer
on numerous medical and scientific topics for leading universities
including Johns Hopkins University, The University of Georgia,
The University of South Florida and The University of Maryland. His
medical writing is published regularly for such prestigious organizations
as The H. Moffitt Cancer Center, Albert Einstein Healthcare Network,
The National Hemophilia Foundation, The Lymphoma Research Foundation
of America, and others. His work has appeared in publications of
Elseiver Science, Faulkner and Gray, and Mosby Publishing. Randy
holds master’s degrees in journalism and mass communications,
a master’s degree in medical anthropology, and is nearing completion
of a PhD in anthropology.

Project Coordinator
Amy’s responsibilities include assisting the director of
custom publishing and coordinating client direction for several custom
publications within KI Lipton, including Albert Einstein Healthcare
Network and Certapro. She is responsible for managing the workflow
for each project, and she coordinates and tracks all details between
client and staff. Amy is a recent graduate of Delaware Valley College
with a degree in business administration. She has outstanding organizational
and communication skills, which makes her a key asset
to the custom publishing team.

Associate Creative Director / Features
Writer and Editor
A very smart, very fast, and always compelling writer, Gwenne is
experienced in all major healthcare categories and clinical settings,
plus a wide variety of specialized industries. Equally at home with
traditional print and broadcast communications, video, plus all new
media and emerging electronic technologies, Gwenne combines keen
insight in the rapid changes in communications with healthcare
delivery
and emerging business models and practices. Gwenne
is an excellent strategic and conceptual thinker who can be depended
on to light a fire in any assignment. She holds a BA in liberal arts
from Sarah Lawrence College and an MS in information science from
Penn State University.

Account Executive
Ken founded KI Lipton Inc. in 1980, after successfully working
in national sales and marketing positions with major pharmaceutical
companies. He is a healthcare marketing expert in the long-term and
managed-care sectors, as well as a skilled business and science products
marketer. Ken’s many achievements include the repositioning
of a three-division healthcare group into a successful long-term
care consortium that elevated that organization to a #1 position,
and spearheading the development of North America’s leading
brand of sodium bicarbonate for hemodialysis, which today enjoys
an overwhelmingly high market share. As founder and former president
of KI Lipton Inc., Ken remains active in select client businesses
and special assignments.

Director of Custom Publications
Rick directs new business development and publications planning
with a strong focus on the creation and development of custom publications.
Currently serving as publisher of both consumer and professional
healthcare publications, Rick recently launched a number of print
publications including The Prescription, Evolve HR, and the complete
collection for Albert Einstein Healthcare Network. Rick also planned
and executed the successful re-launch of Health Matters,
a community hospital magazine. He is an active member of the Custom
Publishing
Council based in New York.
Rick also directs the advertising sales team for The Consultant
Pharmacist,
the membership publication of the American Society of Consultant
Pharmacists.
He is a graduate of LaSalle University with a bachelor's degree in
communications and English.

Erin writes and proofreads business, technology, healthcare and

publication, The Hue. She worked as an editorial assistant at a local
newspaper before joining KI Lipton. She earned a bachelor’s

degree in writing from Long Island University.

in graphic design and 15 years in advertising and publications

Mike is a skilled advertising and direct marketing specialist.
His creative concepts are always highly developed, well-defined and
brilliantly executed. His category experience includes financial
and consumer services, insurance and real estate, as well as extensive

Mike provides a special understanding and insight into the launch,

Frank Vivian joined the KI Lipton sales
team in November, 2004. Frank spent the prior nine years at Prudential
Annuities, where he progressed from customer service representative
to regional sales coordinator. He is responsible for advertising
sales for several Lipton custom publications as well as a number
of the company’s national and international magazines and directories
for healthcare associations. Frank is a graduate of Philadelphia
University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing.
